It's been interesting reading your website Dave. I guess some where back up the Lovrien tree we are related. My 3rd-great-grandfather was George Washington Lovrien, also. My grand parents were George and Emma Lovrien from Sioux Rapids,Iowa. They had 9 kids (7 girls and 2 boys). Two of the girls died back in the 40's and all the rest are still alive. An yes, we do come from GOOD genes, My dad is 85 and his older sister, my aunt Gladys is 92, this year. My Mom and Dad is Cora Bell and Glenn Ellsten Lovrien. I have a brother Gary Lynn Lovrien. My mother died about 13 years go. I had two sons, Brent Allen Lovrien and Shenan Dean Lovrien. Brent was a Los Angeles Firefighter and was kill 3-26-08 in an explosion while responding to a fire alarm.
I'm sending you my dads email address, you might want to get hold of him to see if he can help fill in some of our families Geneology gaps.

I am tracing my family history and Joe Trotzig and I are both descended from Thomas Uglow who was born in Cornwall, England in 1585. Joe and I are 9th cousins. I live in South Australia and would love to hear from any family members.

DEAR DAVID AND GRACE: WE HAVE BEEN HOLDING DOWN THE FORT--MEANING TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF THINGS HERE AND OURSELVES. I JUST UNDERTOOK A PROJECT--PARTLY TO KEEP MY MIND
OPERATING--USE IT OR LOSE IT. I HAD NEVER LEARNED HOW TO TRANSFER A CASSETTE TAPE TO A CD. I BEGAN THE PROCESS ON SUNDAY, PRODUICED A TEST CD ON MONDAY AND A FINAL PROJECT ON TUESDAY. I CHOSE THE COMMERCIAL RECORDING OF THE TEXAS SAXOPHONE QUARTET--SAVED FROM HOW MANY YEARS AGO? I DO NOT RECALL THAT RECORDING BEING MADE IN A CD. LOVE, DAD
